At eighteen, I spent a year at a Christian college, discerning my path between ministry and entrepreneurship. In 1995, I founded Top Job Services, Inc., growing it into the multi-million dollar organization, Entrusted. I've been married to my high school sweetheart for nearly three decades, and we're proud of our five adult children in Palm Beach County, FL.

I hold a Bachelor of Arts degree in Finance from DePaul University, blending financial acumen and leadership expertise in my endeavors. My wife and I are proud parents of six children, spread across vibrant cities like Chicago, Dallas, and Florida. I started as an executive consultant in 2023.

He currently resides in Palm Beach Gardens with his wife and four children, where they enjoy spending time together, being active in their church, and getting a little too excited watching their oldest play hockey.

I started here in 2018.
